Each month features a guest speaker or activity focused on motherhood, wellbeing, and life with little ones.

An inspiring guest session A chance to meet other local mums and build your village For our launch event, we’re joined by Rach from Baby Bliss with Rach, who will lead a soothing, supportive session designed to help you and your little one relax and reconnect.
Tickets are £20 per person, including brunch, coffee, and the guest experience.
✨ 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to the Mid Cheshire Hospitals NICU – supporting families of premature and poorly babies. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Mid Cheshire Mind are thrilled to host our first Mental Elf 5km event!
Take part in the family fun run at Reaseheath College. You can choose to walk or run our 5km route on Sunday 8th December at Reaseheath College, to help raise awareness of the need for better mental wellbeing in Cheshire. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
This fun run is a FUN-draiser for Mid Cheshire Mind, the local mental health charity for Winsford, Nantwich, Northwich and the wider Cheshire area. We work hard to connect, support and change minds. Our goal is to bring together people and services to make a real improvement in Cheshire’s mental wellbeing, offer help whenever and wherever needed, and work to bring current policies up to standard.
So sign up, dress up, get festive and enjoy this opportunity to be part of our campaign to raise awareness for better mental wellbeing in Cheshire. Prizes for the best dressed Elf as well!
