The annual festival is coming to Ilkeston over the 2017 August Bank Holiday weekend. It is free to attend and is expected to attract over 100 boats and several thousand visitors.
Floating traders, heritage craft, leisure boats and working narrowboats will line the towpath, and there will be a wide range of activities on offer for all ages, with attractions such as Shreck the boat-horse, water zorbing, mini steam-engine rides, classic cars, live music and craft stalls.
