- Valuation
Get in touch with us to book a valuation at a time and date that suits you. A full inspection of the boat will be carried out during the valuation. Following this, we will provide you with a valuation based on our findings and the current market, once this has been accepted and vendors agreements signed, we will begin marketing the boat.
- Brokerage
Your boat will be placed on our popular and busy brokerage which is never short of viewings in full view of our main reception and cafe. We will then advertise on our website, Apollo Duck and all of our social media accounts, giving the boat maximum exposure and reaching potential buyers.
- Offer
When we receive an offer, a member of our team will contact you to discuss. On acceptance, we take a deposit from the purchaser and they have 21 days to have any surveys carried out. If any issues with the boat arise during the survey, we will contact you to re-negotiate if need be and continue with the sale.
- Completion
Once all of the money is fully cleared in our secure Brokerage Client Account, we will require you to sign a Bill of Sale which will be given to the new owner as proof of ownership for the boat. When this has been signed we will then be able to issue funds to yourself via CHAPS or cheque.
