Establishing the Marina in 2009 along with his wife Andrea and the support of their three children, Robert is the Owner and Managing director for you and your boat. Robert takes an active role in the wider Marine sector, he sits on the Board of British Marine as President-Elect, The Yacht Harbour Association Council, he is also Certified Marina Manager (CMM). Out of hours Robert enjoys Tennis, Park Runs, and more recently golf and is also a Manchester United Season ticket Holder.

Because behind every successful man is a successful woman, part of the board, Andrea is also an Owner at Aqueduct Marina and the Human Resource Director. As part of her day to day Andrea is responsible for maintaining business direction and ensuring all crew members are well looked after within the business. Andrea has completed her CIPD HR level 5 course run through Stafford University. In her spare time, Andrea is the Chair of Nantwich Riding Club and enjoys competing in Dressage competitions with her highland pony, Hendie!

Taking the position of first mate, Phil is the Chief Operations Officer at Aqueduct Marina. Splitting his time between departments, Phil works as part of the board in the bringing about of company objectives and works alongside the team to ensure customers’ requirements are met and the marina continues to develop to meet customers needs. Phil started as an Apprentice and qualified as a City & Guilds and BMEEA Electrician whilst working in the operations department. During his time Phil was involved in all aspects of operations and was then asked to join the newly formed board in 2016. Outside of work, Phil is a keen golfer and basketball player!

Business Support Manager - Sarah manages the accounts including invoicing and banking and is also a clerk to the Board. Sarah has worked for Aqueduct Marina since before the marina opened and has Aqueduct Marina business knowledge second to none. Sarah has completed an AAT accounting qualification and a whizz on Sage Accounts.

Rich is the Sales & Marketing Manager, with his Team deliver all the marketing activity you see and progress sales throughout the whole business. Rich owns the original album by T'Pau called 'Bridge Of Spies' and also has a copy of Now 6.

Leisure Manager – Taking care of the moorings and the Leisure Team, Nick has over 20 years’ experience working on the canals, having started out with British Waterways in 2003. Nick offers a wealth of experience & industry knowledge and has worked at the Aqueduct Marina since 2011. Most recently Nick received a TYHA Intermediate Marina Manager accreditation and with over 10 years in boat sales has also been awarded a Boat Sales Qualification. A natural talent at the helm, Nick is often found using his skills to demonstrate boats on the marina and quite happy to do so whatever the condition! When not at work Nick is normally found in the outdoors or hiding in his garage if he’s not looking after his daughter Elise and son Teddy. An approachable character who enjoys relaxing outside the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Lee is our Boat Services Manager and spends much of his time managing our workshop team, scheduling work and quality controlling all work. Outside of work, you will often find Lee fishing, spending time with his Son or detailing cars!

Tom is our Chandlery Manager and takes care of all of the stock control and the logistics of the Chandlery. Pop in to see him for all your narrowboat part needs. Outside of work, Tom can be found adding to his large collection of tattoos and spending time with his girlfriend Scarlett!

Gareth is the first port of call for Brokerage, please get in touch with Gareth if you are thinking of buying or selling a boat! In his spare time, Gareth loves to draw and spend time with his children.

Joseph is our Service Advisor and after Completing his Level 3 College Course in Agricultural Engineering, he is now responsible for all Retail Work being estimated. If your boat has a problem, Joseph is the guy to contact. When he's not in the office, he is usually camping in his new roof tent!

Faith is part of our Marketing team and the creative mind behind our social media! She’s also completed her Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing while keeping our online presence fresh and engaging. When she’s not crafting content, she’s busy being dog mum to her French Bulldog, Dave!

Hannah is the force behind our marketing and events, making sure everything runs smoothly and our customers have the best experience possible! She works closely with our Sales Team, organising all events (both big and small), and keeps our brand looking its best. She’s recently returned from maternity leave and is loving being a mum to her little girl, Elsie!

Matt is the Facilities Supervisor. He looks after all things Health & Safety and is very often completing tasks around the marina. Matt is also a classic car enthusiast!

Molly-Jo is our Welcome Host and is the first smile you will see as you walk in. Molly-Jo can assist with any enquiry you have and point you in the right direction! Outside of work Molly-Jo is a keen animal enthusiast and currently is pet mum to a cat, dog, fish and snake!

Tricia is our accounts assistant and is our go-to for invoices!

Denise works in our Chandlery! Whatever your requirements are for your narrowboat, she will be more than happy to help! She is always stocked up with treats for your four-legged friends. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her husband and travelling the world, most recently travelling around India for 2 weeks!

With over 25 years experience with narrowboats, Mick is our Instructor and Boat Mover! Whether you need a boat handling course or if you need your boat moving to the marina, Mick is the man to call. You may also see Mick on weekend in our Chandlery! In his spare time, Mick is seen on his own beloved narrowboat.

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, building boats for 10, Will has been working as at for the marina for approximately 12 years and is now our Welding Supervisor. Completing NVQs in vehicle body building, welding and grinding Will has a vast amount of experience in boat building from fitting out through to boat painting. He is also Webasto and Eberspächer trained. Outside of work Will enjoys spending time with his son Jenson and playing darts!

Jordan is our engineering supervisor and is usually on a different boat every time you see him, repairing and servicing engines. With a passion for vintage engines and having his own boat too, he is always on hand to help, if you see him give him a wave!

Phill is part of our Boat Services team and is one of our engineers. When hes not busy working on narrowboats, Phill is often off-roading in his Ford Ranger Pickup!

Dan is our blasting and spraying supervisor. Often found in our blasting and spraying workshops. Outside of work Dan is a keen fisherman and is Dad to two little boys.

Chris works along side shotblasting all the narrowboats here in our workshops. Chris is also a keen Arsenal fan and a trained skydiver!

Dennis works within our Welding and Fabrication workshop.

Anthony is a key part of the Boat Moving Team with his company vehicle - The Tractor! Outside of work he is a Stoke City FC season ticket holder, is a dad to his 2 kids and his adopted children, our boat services team!

Lucas is our Fabricating Apprentice and is often found alongside Will to learn the ropes!

Jack is one of our Engineering Apprentices and you will see him working alongside Jordan and Phill on boats both in the water and on our boat yard!

A man with much talent is our trusted groundsman Woody. A familiar face from around the marina Woody can always be spotted shovel in hand or wheelbarrow in tow cutting the grass, maintaining the hedgerow and keeping the flower beds at their best. If anyone has green thumbs it is certainly Woody!

Clare is part of our cleaning team making our facilities and office sparkling at all times!
