Charming 40ft Trad Stern by French & Peel | 1996

This well-maintained 40ft traditional stern narrowboat, built and fitted out by respected builder French & Peel, offers a compact yet comfortable liveaboard or cruising vessel. Powered by a reliable Lister Alpha LPW3 engine (4,504 hrs), with PRM 150 gearbox and twin 175L fuel tanks. Last blacked with 2-pack epoxy in Feb 2022. The interior features tongue & groove fit-out, vinyl flooring, walk-in shower, Porta Potti, and a well-equipped galley with gas oven, grill, and 4-burner hob. Heated via an Autoterm 5kW diesel system with calorifier hot water. Recent upgrades include new batteries (Sept 2024) and Victron galvanic isolator (July 2025). 12v lighting, 230v mains, and 3000W inverter included. Boat Safety valid to March 2027.
