60ft Cruiser Stern Project Narrowboat (2002 – Floating Homes)
This 60ft cruiser stern narrowboat, built and fitted out by Floating Homes in 2002, offers a solid foundation for a rewarding project. With a steel hull (originally 10:6:5:4), it was last blacked in August 2024 with bitumen. Powered by a Yanmar engine (serviced in 2020), it includes a Morso Squirrel stove, Webasto central heating, and hot water via calorifier. The interior is a blank canvas with spray foam insulation, vinyl flooring, a tiled shower cubicle, gas oven/grill, and a Bush fridge. Electrical setup includes 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries, Victron charger, and 2000W inverter. LED lighting throughout.
