This 38ft Cruiser Stern narrowboat, built by Piper in 2007 and fitted out by Cauldon Boats, offers a compact yet practical liveaboard or leisure option.
Powered by a reliable Vetus 28hp engine with 10,859 hours, it features a simple but functional layout with 2 berths, a fixed corner shower, and cassette toilet.
The pine and oak interior includes a LEC 12V fridge, Thetford Spinflo hob, oven and grill, and laminate worktops. With a 300L steel water tank and engine-fed hot water system, it’s suited for off-grid cruising. LED lighting, a small solar panel, and galvanic isolator add to its practicality.
Last blacked in 2023, with BSS valid until 2027. Sold as seen – a solid, well-maintained narrowboat.
