Available now, Muddler is a 2020 Reverse Layout, Cruiser Style Narrowboat built by Collingwood Boat Builders Ltd. Boasting 6-berths comprised of a fixed double and 4-permanent bunk beds it is a great family boat. Suited for constant cruising or maybe living aboard, Muddler is equipped with a 3.0Kw inverter and Candy washing machine for self sufficiency. The boat also features diesel central heating, a solid fuel stove, a pump-out WC and a double glazed windows.
The boats layout is reverse, with a forward bedroom, walk-through bathroom, bunk room, an open living area and a long galley including a breakfast-bar. The interior is both bright and warm thanks to the off-white ceiling and cabin side panelling which is finished by rich oak framing. The large lower panelling is also in a matching oak. throughout the boat all of the cabinets are finished with solid oak doors an the main doors between each room are also solid oak with a frosted-glass central panel to subtilty enhance the feeling of the cabin.
Final touches include man made stone marble effect worksurfaces in both the galley and bathroom, brushed steel door handles, designer style grey radiators and a glass topped hob… this boat has been well appointed and simple enhancements such as over head cupboards in the galley make it great for storage too.
Overall, Muddler is an outstanding family boat in superb condition, it has been carefully designed to maximise the space within. The present owners have had great fun with family & friends, (particularly their grandchildren) continuously cruising the waterways for the last four years and making lasting memories along the way. It is an excellent family, continuous cruising boat and could also make an ideal or live aboard or shared ownership boat with it’s adaptable layout catering for a wide variety of needs.
